Why are the sixty-nine people listed in the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) high-level organizational chart allowed
to keep their jobs? Each of the people listed below has a yearly salary over $175.000. Most of the people work in Washington
If ever a swamp that needed to be drained, Donald Trump can start with the FAA.
Cities and groups from around the country are asking for some cooperation?
Corruption, Greed, Incompetence, and Arrogance are the words most appropriate to describe the philosophy of the management
team at the FAA led by Daniel K. Elwell.
The management team of Daniel K. Elwell deserves a failing grade on all levels.
In the last number of years, the FAA has been touting their new METROPLEX PROJECT. This was supposed to update airspace
and flight patterns around the country. As hard as it is to believe, until September of 2018, the FAA was still using Ground
Based Navigation. Finally, they are implementing a Global Positioning System (GPS). The airlines have been fighting against
using GPS for years because it would mean they would have to spend money to install GPS in all their planes. I think the
total was less than $10,000 per plane.
The Metroplex Project has been delayed multiple times and multiple years. Around the Detroit/Cleveland hub it went into
use in mid-September 2018.
As you can see in the links below, communities all over the country are very angry with the FAA. According to absolutely
everyone I spoke to at the FAA, even God, Jesus, Moses and Solomon, could not change a flight path.
Many communities are talking about filing lawsuits against the FAA.
I honestly think a class action lawsuit is possible. The FAA wants to install its will on every person in the country
and all 350 million of us be damned. This does not seem right.
