ATLANTA — A Tennessee-bound business jet crashed Thursday, killing all four people aboard, when it plunged onto a football
field at an Atlanta park, igniting its fuel and sending thick smoke over a nearby neighborhood, officials said.
A home behind the sports field was damaged, but no injuries on the ground were reported, Atlanta Fire Rescue Sgt. Cortez Stafford
said.
The plane's wreckage was spread out on the field over about 100 yards (90 meters), he said.
The aircraft was "shooting out of the sky," witness Reggie Dumas told reporters at the scene.
"As it was going down, you could see the wings shifting back and forth," said Dumas, who saw the aircraft plunge as he drove
along a nearby road. He said he jumped out of his car to see if he could help anyone, but saw no survivors — only smoke.
The plane was a Cessna Citation V jet, Federal Aviation Administration spokeswoman Kathleen Bergen told The Associated Press.
The plane was headed to the Millington-Memphis Airport when it went down, airport Executive Director Roy Remington said.
Remington said a fire official at the Millington airport, located about 20 miles (32 kilometers) north of Memphis, was working
with authorities in Atlanta to determine the identities of those killed. Remington says the victims were believed to be from
the Memphis area.
"This is a tragedy," he said.
The jet had departed from a runway at nearby Fulton County Airport-Brown Field and went down about 1.5 miles (2.4 kilometers)
east of the airport shortly after noon, Bergen said. The airport itself is about 10 miles (16 kilometers) west of downtown
Atlanta.
The plane's wreckage is not far from a small set of metal bleachers and the yellow goal post in the end zone of the football
field, video from WAGA-TV shows. Most of the plane is badly burned. Its tail is one of the only parts that appear to be intact.
Firefighters had to make their way through jet fuel to put out the flames on the football field, Stafford said.
The airport is a busy general aviation facility with an air traffic control tower and fire station. It averages a combined
164 takeoffs and landings each day.
The National Transportation Safety Board said it is investigating the crash.
Associated Press reporters Adrian Sainz in Memphis and Chevel Johnson in New Orleans contributed to this report.
Dear Sir/Madam leaders of Milford High School:
Since the autumn of 2015, I have been trying to have educational, fact based, conversation with all levels of people at the
FAA. In our tiny hamlet of Highland, Michigan, and SPECIFICALLY at that time (autumn of 2015), we had hundreds of LOW FLYING
aircraft flying overhead at all hours of the day.
When the FAA finally implemented their much delayed and ballyhooed Metroplex Project in September 2018, the north to south
flight pattern from Flint to south of Milford changed to a northwest to southeast pattern directly over Milford High School
and proceeded over my house. The seventeen other neighbors I was fighting for were spared. Only my house was selected as
the intersecting point. (See attached pictures)
As an engineer of 45 years with multiple quality awards, I know the probability of a similar crash (noted in the link below)
over Milford High School and my house is something that may very well be a possibility considering the amount of planes flying
directly over us. The loss of life would be catastrophic.
I am writing to you in hopes you will support me in my fight against the FAA. If you read my letter below, you will know
that I have been contacting local, state and federal officials at all levels in search of gaining some relief from the constant
air flow.
You can also read in this May 2018 study at the School of Public Health at Columbia University in New York City that high
levels of exposure to aircraft noise has been linked to development of serious physical and mental health conditions such
as cardiovascular disease.
https://www.mdpi.com/1660-4601/15/8/1753/htm
The Trade-Off between Optimizing Flight Patterns and Human Health: A Case Study of Aircraft Noise in Queens, NY, USA
Conclusions: Despite increases in efficiency, flight automation systems without a careful assessment of noise might generate
flight paths over densely populated areas and cause serious health conditions for the overflown communities.
High levels of exposure to aircraft noise has been linked to development of serious physical and mental health conditions
such as cardiovascular disease (CVD) and anxiety [11,12,13,14,15].
In this study, we modeled the increased risk of cardiovascular diseases (CVD) (ICD-10 Chapter I) and generalized anxiety disorder
associated with aircraft noise [11,12,13,14,15]. Because it interferes with sleep, aircraft noise plausibly has much broader
effects on health, economic productivity, and educational outcomes among children [11,17,18,25].
However, it can also have negative impacts on health, resulting in unintentional harm and unforeseen costs. This, in turn,
also produces negative spillover effects.

Currently, the issue seems to be a vendetta against me by two FAA individuals in the Metroplex project named Ronald Wood and
James Arrighi.
I hope I can count on you to lend me some support.
